Animal for Adoption

Bloke

Background information

Bloke was born 18.11.09 and is hoping to find a new retirement home where he can lap up some love and return it ten fold. At some point in his life he suffered an accideent and had to have his right back leg amputated, but that's no concern to him. Bloke is the typical "bark is worse than his bite" companion. He will let you know someone strange has come into your yard but doesn't carry on once settled. He loves attention especially from children and gets a bit sad if left for long periods of time. Having only 3 legs does not slow him down at all though he loves nothing more than sitting around watching the kids run a muck. Easy going nature and a big cuddle bear, Bloke would make a great addition to any family. He''s OK with other dogs, although he doesn't like to share his food bowl. He needs friendly dogs for company as he is easily knocked off his feet by an able bodied meanie. All his vet work has been done and includes desexing, microchip, vaccinations, flea and worm treatment. Meet and greet in Mareeba. If you'd like to know more about adopting this amazing big boy, please message the page or email [email protected] rather than comment as we don't always pick up all comments. BIN0000171254640

About

Pound Paws is a registered charity. It uses modern social media tools to make potential pet owners more aware of, and help re-home, animals in pounds.

It is our mission to encourage the public to adopt instead of shop, and discourage backyard breeders that contribute to the oversupply of dogs and cats in Australia.
